JLA are the UK’s leading supplier of critical equipment and services, supporting over 25,000 organisations across healthcare, hospitality, education, care and public services.
JLA wanted to channel their depth of knowledge into clear, customer-focused content. The goal was to demonstrate the breadth of their products and services, showcase real-world experience, and provide practical value through simple, accessible messaging that directly answers customer questions.
Alongside this, the content needed to build trust, save customers time, and raise awareness of the scale and capability of the business — including reflecting JLA’s long-standing experience and ongoing innovation — without overwhelming audiences with complexity.

JLA’s greatest strength are its people — a national network of engineers backed by in-house specialists across multiple service areas. Our role was to distil decades of experience, innovation, and know-how into clear, engaging content that empowers customers and supports informed decision-making.
Over a multi-year partnership, we have delivered dozens of projects including YouTube series, expert-led content, 3D explainers, brand films, product and installation visuals, and a comprehensive brand photography library.
Across every project,we work closely with JLA’s internal experts, combining their knowledge with our production expertise to create clear, bite-sized content that is easy to consume and genuinely useful.
